OUR PROMISE

Every Woody Be Crapin item is printed just for you. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED, OR WRONG ITEM

Email woodybecrapin@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send it back.

CHANGED YOUR MIND OR WRONG SIZE

Return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first for return instructions. Please don't mail items back without contacting us. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Our hoodies use European sizing and run small, so we recommend ordering one size up.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

Because items go to print quickly, we can only cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy doesn't limit your rights under your country's consumer laws, including the 14-day right to cancel in the UK and consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
